CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelation Policy: Registration Cancelations, minus a $25 fee will be honored to September 15 2025. After September 15, 2025, no cancellations are permitted. You may however substitute a colleague if you cannot attend. Please contact Robin Hoyle, Executive Director at robin@painsocieties.org with your substitution.
